Shipping Policy and Options for U.S. Deliveries
Delivery options and rate calculations per delivery location are available in the Order Now section of this website.  No weekend delivery; and no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO are accepted.

USPS.   Delivery through US Postal Service offers you the most cost-effective shipping method.  Delivery is usually within 3 to 5 business days for U.S. addresses.  Prices and delivery schedule may vary for AK, HI, and PR.

UPS.  UPS offers several shipping options and prices. They can be found in the Order Now section of this website.

General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by PorchLightLEARNING.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your un-opened package to PorchLightLEARNING.com. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.  Unless the goods are damaged, or are returned unopened, all sales are final.

Returning Items You Did not Order
If you received an extra item in a shipment, or items were delivered to you that you did not order, please let us know. If you live in the U.S. we'll mail you a postage-paid return mailing label for their return.

• your name,
• your mailing address,
• and the order number as found on the shipping invoice sent with your package
